Hans Barreth has chosen the Balearic Islands to put the cap on his career of over more than 50 years of experience in the architectural study and creation. The islands, halfway between the Arab and Mediterranean culture and the continental Europe one, are experiencing a similar process to the one Cannes went through when opting for the tourist and residential excellence in the last quarter of the last century.
